Apple Raisin Pie

Perhaps this is not really an apple pie, but rather, an apple pancake fried in the oven. Pieces of apple with raisins and cinnamon are poured with a batter made from eggs, milk and flour.
Ingredients
- Large apple – 1 pc.
- Light raisins – 1/3 cup
- Brown sugar – 2 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon – ½ teaspoon.
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Milk – 2/3 cup
- Flour – 2/3 cup
- Butter (or margarine), melted – 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the round shape.
- Peel and cut the apple into thin slices and stir with raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Put in prepared form. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and increase temperature to 230 degrees.
- Beat eggs with milk, butter and flour until smooth. Pour the dough over the apples and raisins. Bake 15 minutes until dark golden brown. Flip onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
