Ingredients

  • 300 ml juice, (currant juice from red berries)
  • 450 ml apple juice
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 kg preserving sugar, :

Instructions

  1. Mix both cold juices with the cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. When the juice starts to boil, let it simmer for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the package. At the end of the 4 minutes, remove the cinnamon stick and immediately pour the juice into prepared twist - off glasses and close.
