  • 500 g apples, peeled, pitted
  • 200 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled cinnamon
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with sugar and eggs until frothy. Then stir in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Add the cinnamon and then fold in the chopped apples and walnuts. Fill the dough into muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes. Don`t forget to try it, as every oven is different.
  2. After cooling, you can, if you want, dust the muffins with powdered sugar or glaze them with chocolate.
  3. Makes about 20 - 24 muffins. You can use 2 trays of 12 and then bake the muffins at the same time at 160 ° C fan oven.
