Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 150 g hazelnuts, mixed or almonds
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 thin apples, peeled and cut into pieces (crumbly variety)
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs. Stir each egg for about 2 minutes. Stir in cinnamon, flour and backin. Then carefully fold in the apples and nuts.
  2. Put in a greased or parchment-lined springform pan. Put in the preheated oven, OH / UH 175 degrees, and bake for about 60 minutes. Make a cooking test.
  3. Place on a wire rack, remove the edge and allow to cool. Dust the cooled cake with icing sugar.
