  • 900 g apples, (prepared and weihed)
  • 400 g orane (n) fillets (prepared and weihed)
  • 100 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 4 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 1 point gelling sugar, (3: )

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Wash, peel, quarter, core, finely dice the apples and weigh 900 g. Peel the oranges, remove the white skin, cut out the fruit fillets, cut into small pieces and weigh 400 g. Cut the raw marzipan mixture into very small cubes.
  2. Preparation: Mix fruits, marzipan and bitter almond flavor in a saucepan with preserving sugar. Bring everything to the boil while stirring over high heat, let it simmer for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly, and remove from the hob. Immediately fill the jam to the brim in prepared glasses. Close with twist-off lids, turn over and leave on the lid for about 5 minutes.
  3. I mixed all the ingredients together and let it steep overnight.
