Ingredients
- 500 g oranes, untreated
- 750 g apples
- 250 grams sugar
- 10 g citric acid
- 1 bag Gelierfix

- Wash the apples thoroughly in hot water, rub dry, rub the peel on a fine grater.
- Then peel off the white skin, remove any seeds. Cut oranges into wedges and chop with a hand mixer.
- Wash the apples, peel them, remove the bad spots, core them, cut into wedges, also chop them up.
- In a large saucepan, bring the fruit pieces with the orange peel, sugar and citric acid to the boil. Add the gelling agent and simmer for another 10 seconds.
- Pour jam into twist-off jars, close tightly and turn upside down for approx. 15 minutes.
