Ingredients
- 3 egg (s), (M)
- 150 g spelled flour, 630
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 ml milk
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 2 apples, (small to medium size)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon cream, (nut nougat cream)
- Powdered sugar, for serving

- Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt together.
- Stir in 150 ml milk. Let the dough swell for 10 minutes.
- Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Mix the apple cubes with the lemon juice.
- Let some oil or clarified butter get hot in a pan.
- Pour in half of the batter - spread half of the apple cubes on top and let it simmer over medium heat.
- Turn the whole thing over, let it bake briefly and tear the flatbread into pieces.
- Then let it brown a bit and keep it warm.
- Do the same with the second half of the batter and apples.
- Melt the nut nougat cream with 2 tablespoons of milk in a hot water bath. Mix into a smooth sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce with the sauce in strips, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve!
- The amount is enough as a dessert for 4 people and as a main course for 2 people!
