Apple Pie Wet

I thought I couldn’t be surprised with apple pie. But I really liked this cake! Wet, delicious, mega-apple and very tender, it can literally be eaten with your lips! With a caramel-nut crust.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Apple – 6-7 Pieces
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 100 Milliliters
  • Flour – 1.5 Cups
  • Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
  • Butter – 75 Grams
  • Sugar – 50 Grams
  • Nuts – 50 grams (walnuts or almonds)

Directions

  1. Prepare the food you need. Wash the apples.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the seed capsule, cut into small slices. Place in a silicone baking dish (diameter – 24 cm)
  3. Beat eggs with sugar and cinnamon until fluffy, light foam. While whisking, pour in the vegetable oil in a thin stream.
  4. Add flour and salt in 2-3 doses, stirring gently with a spatula until smooth.
  5. Pour the dough over the sliced ​​apples. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Prepare the required potting products.
  7. Cut the butter into cubes, combine with sugar (50 g), melt over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  8. Add chopped nuts, stir, remove from heat.
  9. Pour the mixture over the finished pie, place in the oven, continue to bake for another 10-15 minutes. The crust should be caramelized.
  10. Cool the cake on a wire rack.
