Microwave Wet Chocolate Muffins

Microwave-baked wet chocolate muffins are like succulent chocolate brownies – favorite cakes of all shokoman and chocolate addict. These cupcakes can be prepared in minutes. A convenient option for treats when guests are on the doorstep.

Ingredients
- Flour – 100 g
- Cocoa powder – 20 g
- Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
- Milk – 140 ml
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Powdered sugar (or coconut) – for serving
Directions
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a bowl.
- Add sugar and salt to the flour, cocoa and baking powder mixture.
- Stir dry ingredients.
- Pour sunflower oil into the milk and stir.
- Pour the milk and butter into the dry ingredients mixture and stir until a smooth, lump-free dough is obtained.
- Divide the chocolate dough into silicone muffin tins. Silicone is highly resistant to microwaves, making it ideal for microwave baking. Fill the forms about halfway with dough.
- Microwave the chocolate muffins at 800W for 3 minutes.
- Remove the prepared muffins from the molds, transfer to a plate, cool and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or coconut.
- Microwaved wet chocolate muffins ready to serve.
