- 1 packet pizza dough (baking mix)
- 3 apples (preferably Braeburn)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 1 sachet raisins
- 1 sachet almond (s) (almond flakes)
- cinnamon

- Prepare the pizza dough as described on the packaging. Then roll out on a baking sheet.
- Wash the apples (peel if necessary), core and cut into rings that are not too thick. Then place the apple rings on the pizza dough. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Scatter the raisins and flaked almonds on top. Finally tear up the mozzarella and spread over it.
- Bake everything in the preheated oven at 180 ° C until the mozzarella is lightly brown. Serve hot.
