Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- Oil for the sheet
- 5 apples, peeled, sliced
- 150 g blue cheese
- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- salt and pepper
- some sugar

- Prepare a yeast dough from the first 6 ingredients and place on an oiled baking sheet or baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread half of the Emmentaler on top and cover with the apple slices.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar. Then spread the blue cheese and the rest of the Emmentaler on top. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
