Ingredients

Instructions

  1. For the dough, first put the flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir. Then add the low-fat quark and the lukewarm water (be careful with the water - preferably less at first) and mix well. Now start kneading the dough with your hand. As soon as the dough sticks together, place on the countertop with flour and knead in the flour until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers. Then roll out the dough, turn it over regularly and wet it with flour.
  2. For the sauce, cut the clove of garlic into small pieces (or press with a garlic press). Then place in a bowl with the tomato paste and tomato paste and stir. Now season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
  3. Place the rolled out dough on baking paper, spread the tomato sauce and cover with the topping of your choice.
