  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 4 apples, sweetie
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cognac

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry in a tart form. Prick the ground several times with a fork.
  2. Peel the sweet apples, cut into strips and spread on the bottom.
  3. For the vanilla topping:
  4. Whisk eggs, cream, sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of cognac. Pour over the apples and sprinkle with a packet of vanilla sugar.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
