  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 70 g powdered suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 glass applesauce
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fat for the molds

Instructions

  1. Prepare a kneading dough from flour, butter, powdered sugar and egg yolk and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Roll up 2/3 of the dough thinly, cut out eight circles and line the greased tartlet molds with them.
  3. Mix the applesauce with the chopped almonds and pour about 2 tablespoons into each mold. Cut out eight lids from the remaining dough with an empty mold. Brush the edges of the pastry with cold water, place the pastry lid on the filled molds and press down.
  4. Bake the molds in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Loosen the hot tartlets around the edge with a knife, but let them cool in the molds. Dust the tartlets with powdered sugar before serving.
