Ingredients
- 6 large apples with peel
- 2 lemon (s), add the juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 liter water
- possibly cinnamon
- possibly anise
- possibly fennel

- Wash the apples, remove the cores and flower bases. To cut in pieces. Pour the juice of two lemons over them. Bring the water to the boil, pour in the apple pieces. Sweeten with honey and let steep for about 1 hour.
- Drain through a sieve. You can also change the taste with cinnamon, anise, fennel etc. Drink warm or cold.
- I don`t know if it really helps with a cold, but it tastes delicious.
