Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 apples
  • 300 g natural yourt, (cream yourt)

Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes, almonds, cinnamon powder, 2 tablespoons honey and oil in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 150 ° (convection) on the middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes until golden yellow. Mix with a wooden spoon in between. Remove from the tray and let cool down.
  2. Peel, quarter, core and cut the apples into large pieces. Bring to the boil with 100 ml water in a saucepan and cook over a low heat until soft for about 10 minutes. Mash finely with a fork and allow to cool.
  3. Mix the cream yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of honey, layer with the applesauce in 4 small glasses and distribute the muesli on top.
