  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey, liquid
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 1 pinch cardamom, or tonka bean powder
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the almonds, sugar, honey, spice and egg yolks together to form a thick paste. Beat the egg white to a stiff foam and fold into the almond mixture. Then put everything in a round springform pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
