Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 500 g beetroot
  • 500 g kohlrabi
  • 0.5 ½ glass hot water
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped broth, (yeast vegetables, e.g. Vitam-R)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, beetroot and kohlrabi. Cut into thin slices with a slicer. Layer alternately (always one slice of each) in a flat baking dish.
  2. Dissolve the yeast vegetable broth in hot water. Add the cream. Spread the cream mixture over the casserole.
  3. Bake the gratin at 200 ° C for 45 minutes. Pour the grated Emmentaler cheese over the gratin and bake for another 15 minutes.
  4. The gratin can be eaten very well without a side dish.
