Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

For covering:

  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 50 g salami
  • 200 g camembert (s)
  • Salt (fleur de sel)
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. For the dough, crumble the yeast and dissolve it together with the honey in 250 ml of lukewarm water. Put the flour in a bowl and form a well. Add the yeast water, olive oil and salt and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Cover and let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes in a warm place. Shape the dough into two round pizzas and place each on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the sour cream on the two pizzas. Peel, quarter and core the pear, cut into wedges and spread over the pizzas. Put the pizzas in the oven at 200 ° C (fan oven) for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the pizzas and top with the leek cut into rings, the salami and the camembert cut into slices. Season with fleur de sel and pepper and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
