Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 100 g yourt, Greek
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), peeled and grated
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon mint, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, remove the pulp and cut into small pieces. Mix immediately with lemon juice.
  2. Mix the yogurt, cucumber and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and herbs. Add the avocado and fold in carefully. Season again to taste.
  3. Chill until ready to eat.
  4. Tip: If you leave out the cucumber, it`s a great dip or spread.
