Ingredients

  • 10 slices toast
  • 20 slices bacon, thinly sliced
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche, lightly heaped
  • 125 g tomato (s), dried soaked in oil and drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chives, frozen or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, frozen or fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Mix the cream cheese, a good tablespoon of crème fraîche, pressed garlic, herbs and tomatoes to a smooth mass. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Debark the bread and cut each slice crosswise into 4 equal squares. Put a good teaspoon of the cream cheese cream on each toast square and spread it lightly. Don`t worry - the crowd won`t run away while baking.
