  • 1 handful bacon, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. Meanwhile, weigh the flour, add salt, diced bacon and olive oil. After the yeast has dissolved, add to the rest and knead until the dough is pliable and no longer sticks to the edge. If the dough sticks, add a little flour. Make the dough too soft rather than too firm. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Then weigh about 70 g each and shape into a ball and place on the tray with the end facing down. If you like, you can also put cheese or sesame or something on it.
  3. Let the rolls rest again (10 min). Put in the preheated oven and, depending on the desired tan, bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Best to enjoy while still warm!
