- 50 g bacon, fat, diced
- 1 medium onion (s), diced
- 2 tablespoon flour
- broth, or water
- 500 g white cabbae, finely sliced
- salt and pepper
- vinegar

- Leave out the bacon and remove the bacon cubes. Let the onion cubes in the bacon fat become translucent, dust with the flour, sauté briefly and gradually stir in enough stock or water until a creamy sauce is formed. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and vinegar. Now add the white cabbage to the sauce and let it cook for about 1 hour. Possibly add seasoning.
