- 1 clove garlic
- 2 onion (s), red or green onions
- 1 bunch basil
- 900 g potato (s)
- 450 g tomato (s), small
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Peel and chop the garlic. Peel and finely dice the onions. Cut the basil into strips. Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices approx. 1 cm thick. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and layer them alternately with the potatoes in a flat baking dish.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, onions and basil over everything. Pour oil over it. Cover and bake in the oven for approx. 60 minutes.
- Simple, easy-to-prepare recipe that might also taste good with layered zucchini. Ideal as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
