Ingredients
- 250 g new potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 g basil leaves
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Chilli flakes from the mill

- Brush the potatoes (with their skin) well under running water and cut in half lengthways. Cover a baking rack with baking paper and place the potato halves on top with the cut side up.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat.
- Put the oil in a small bowl. Roughly chop the garlic and add to the oil using a garlic press. Cut the basil leaves very finely and add them. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and mix well.
- Brush the cut surfaces of the potatoes with this seasoning marinade and bake the potatoes for about 30-35 minutes. Brush with the rest of the marinade halfway through the cooking time. The cooking time can vary.
- Arrange the baked potatoes on a platter, garnish and serve.
