Baked Bell Peppers in Bacon

A very original hot appetizer made from bell pepper in bacon is just created for a festive table!

Ingredients

  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Cottage cheese – 120 g
  • Bacon – 4 strips
  • Sour cream 1 tablespoon. l
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Provencal herbs – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – to taste

Directions

  1. Before you cook baked bell peppers in bacon, prepare all the ingredients on the list. You can take any cottage cheese. It is better to rub coarse cottage cheese through a sieve.
  2. Wash the pepper, cut into 4 equal parts, remove seeds and membranes.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the pepper quarters on a baking sheet, cut up. Send the pepper to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese, sour cream.
  5. Add salt and black pepper. Mix the bell peppers filling well.
  6. Remove the peppers from the oven and fill the quarters with the filling.
  7. Wrap bacon strips on the stuffed pepper quarters and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.

Bell pepper in bacon is ready.
