Baked Carrots with Spices

Baked carrots are a very tasty, very healthy, and very beautiful side dish that can be served with both meat and fish dishes.
Ingredients
- Carrots – 3 pcs.
- Dried basil – 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Dill greens – for serving
Directions
- Wash, peel, cut carrots in half and lengthwise into several parts. Sprinkle with dried basil, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix.
- Place the carrots in one layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
- Put the finished carrots on a plate, sprinkle with chopped dill.
