  • Chicken fillet – 350 g
  • Broccoli (fresh or frozen) – 200 g
  • Potatoes – 350-400 g (3 pcs.)
  • Bulb onions (large) – 80 g (0.5 pcs.)
  • Carrots – 80 g (1 pc.)
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 120 g (1 pc.)
  • Garlic – 1 clove Sour cream – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  2. Add sour cream, salt, ground pepper, and paprika to the fillet. Stir and set aside for a while.

  3. Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
  4. Wash the bell peppers and remove seeds and stalks. Cut the onion into quarters or half rings, cut the carrots into semicircles or small pieces, cut the pepper into strips.

  5. Rinse broccoli and sort into inflorescences.
  6. Cut off a piece of the baking sleeve of the desired size, put in it the chicken with sour cream, potatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and carrots. Add chopped garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Tie the edges of the sleeves and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
