Baked Chicken with Potatoes

Delicious baked chicken with potatoes in the oven. Everyone has a long-known recipe, there is nothing new in it, I just want to remind you. This wonderful dish will not take much of your time, it is very simple and easy to prepare. Great dinner for the whole family.

Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs – 6 pcs.
- Potatoes – 1 kg
- Tomato – 1 pc.
- Onions – 100 g
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Sour cream – 100 ml
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Seasoning for chicken – 1 teaspoon.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Chop the garlic with a knife. Cut the onion into slices. Rub the chicken thighs with spices and salt. Season with sour cream, onion and garlic, stir. Set aside. While you peel and cut the potatoes, the meat will be marinated.
- Turn on the oven (preheat to 220 degrees). Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces. Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper, stir. Add olive oil, stir.
- Place the chicken thighs on the potatoes. Cut the tomato into slices and place evenly on top. Cover the tin with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove the foil and keep the dish in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
- Dinner is ready, you can serve baked chicken and potatoes to the table, for example, with a vegetable salad. Cook with love and delight your family with a delicious dinner!
