Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 100 g cheese, Emmentaler or Gouda
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut in halves or quarters depending on the size and stew in the sparkling salted water for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Place in a baking dish with the cut facing up.
  3. Bring the sweet cream to the boil briefly, add the oat flakes, then heat the cheese and garlic until a creamy sauce is formed. Add the parsley, season well with salt and pepper and spread the sauce over the cabbage.
  4. Pour a little broth over the cabbage halves in the mold and let everything brown until you want it to be browned.
