Ingredients
- 600 g fresh oat cheese, matured (`La Zick` is ideal)
- 800 g strawberries, cleaned, sliced
- 100 g pistachios, reen, chopped
- 1 cl raspberry spirit
- 50 ml sauce (strawberry sauce)
- 100 ml honey (pine honey)
- Black pepper from the mill

- Wash the strawberries with the green stem. Then clean, cut into slices and place in a bowl. Add the chopped pistachios with raspberry brandy and strawberry sauce to the strawberries and mix carefully.
- Cut the goat cheese together with the rind into slices of the same size. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 190 ° C top heat (grill is also good) for about 10 minutes - if it is already slightly brown and starts to flow, then it is just right.
- Arrange the strawberry salad in the middle of each plate and top with the goat cheese. Take a teaspoon and spread the pine honey over and all around. Finally, sprinkle a lot of black pepper from the grinder on top and serve immediately.
