Ingredients

  • 800 g mushrooms, cut into pieces
  • 2 onion (s), cut into narrow wedges
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon herb butter
  • 80 g ham, smoked, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 50 g cream

Instructions

  1. Sauté the mushrooms with onions, garlic and chives in a pan in the hot herb butter. Add the ham, sprinkle everything with breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mash the cheese with a fork, melt it in a saucepan and stir in the cream. Salt and pepper. Serve the mushrooms with the sauce. Baguette goes well with it.
