Baked Oatmeal with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • sugar – 4 Art. spoons
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 2.5 Teaspoons
  • Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Slice the fruit thinly so that it is crispy after baking. Chop the almonds. Melt the butter and pour 1/4 cup into a baking dish. Place the sliced ​​fruit on top of the butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Set aside
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, remaining 1/2 cup butter, and vanilla extract. In a large bowl, whisk together the oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the milk mixture to the oat mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour the resulting mixture over the fruit in a mold and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar on top.
  4. Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until the top is brown. Let cool slightly. Serve with milk, cream or vanilla sauce.
