  • 500 g potato (s), small
  • some olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Then wash the potatoes, cut eighths with their skin and put them in a heat-resistant bowl.
  2. Then take a beaker or something similar, pour in a lot of olive oil (a good one, please, otherwise it won`t taste good!). Chop the garlic and add it. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of sambal oelek, depending on how hot you want. Then add salt and pepper, mix everything with the hand blender and pour over the potatoes.
  3. Then sprinkle some rosemary needles on top and put in the oven for about 45 - 60 minutes. As soon as the potatoes are nice and brown, take them out and serve.
