Ingredients

  • 2 banana (s), overripe
  • 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 100 grams flour
  • 0.5 liter ½ oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Puree the bananas and then mix with the sugar and flour to form a dough.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep fryer. It is hot enough when no more bubbles appear on a wooden wooden spoon dipped in hot oil.
  3. Then add the banana dough teaspoon by spoon to the hot oil and bake for about 2 minutes until golden yellow. Remove the banana balls and drain them on kitchen paper.
  4. If you like, the banana balls can also be sprinkled with desiccated coconut.
  5. They taste best when served nice and hot!
