  • 150 ml water
  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 1 banana (s)
  • some berries your choice, possibly mixed
  • cinnamon powder
  • honey or sugar or syrup
  • Fruits, fresh your choice
  • yogurt

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to the boil, then add the chopped berries and the banana and let simmer a little. Add cinnamon and honey, sugar or syrup to taste. Finally add the oat flakes and simmer over low heat until the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Instead of water you can also take tea or milk (with milk it becomes nice and creamy). If you like, you can also add Kaba or cocoa powder.
  3. You can also puree the banana and berries if you don`t want any pieces in the porridge. You can serve the porridge with other fresh fruits and / or a dollop of yogurt.
  4. Of course you can change the amount of oat flakes, but you should adjust the amount of liquid!
