- apricot jam
- Banana (noun)
- 2 cups cream
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- 1 bar chocolate, whole milk

- The evening before, slowly heat the chocolate and 2-3 cups of cream until the chocolate has dissolved. Put in the fridge overnight.
- Brush the sponge cake base with jam. Divide the bananas in half on the floor. Beat the chocolate cream, chilled overnight, with 2-3 packets of cream stiffener and pour over the bananas.
- Decorate with chocolate sprinkles as desired.
