Ingredients

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 125 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Jam (apricot)
  • 10 banana (s)

For covering:

  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 pck. Oetker Paradise Cream
  • Cake icing (chocolate) to decorate

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Mix egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Add oil and lukewarm milk and mix everything very well. Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and sieve in. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the mixture. Spread the dough on a prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  3. Brush the cake with apricot jam immediately after baking.
  4. Peel the bananas, cut into thin slices or small pieces and place on top. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the paradise cream according to the instructions on the packet and fold in the whipped cream. Spread this mixture on the bananas.
  5. Finally, melt the chocolate and cover the cake with it.
