- 2 banana (s)
- 4 scoops ice cream, Bourbon vanilla
- 1 glass cherry (s), (Amarena cherries)
- 1 cup sweet cream
- some lemon juice
- some chocolate flakes to sprinkle on
- some wafer rolls, for decoration
- some sweetener, or sugar

- Whip the cream with the sweetener or sugar until stiff.
- Peel the bananas, cut in half and drizzle with the lemon juice (so that they don`t get dark)
- Arrange the banana halves on a plate. Position the vanilla ice cream balls in between. Drain the amarena cherries and pour over the bananas and ice cream. Drizzle some juice over it.
- Decorate nicely with the whipped cream, the chocolate rasps and wafer rolls.
