- 400 g banana (s)
- 600 g strawberries
- 6 tablespoon egg liqueur
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 1 lemon (s), the juice it

- Peel the bananas, wash the strawberries and chop both in a blender and mix with lemon juice and preserving sugar.
- Cover and leave to rest overnight.
- Bring to the boil on the stove and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Finally stir in the egg liqueur and pour the hot jam into glasses.
