Ingredients

  • 500 g barberries, ripe / sour thorn
  • 1 stick (s) vanilla pod (s)
  • 700 ml rum, white or vodka with at least 40% alcohol.
  • 200 g suar

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the ripe berries, wash them well and drain them. Then put in a preparation vessel. Add the sugar and pour the bottle of alcohol over it. Cut open the vanilla stick and place in the container. Close tightly and let stand in a light place for 3 months and shake repeatedly until the sugar has dissolved, let stand.
  2. Then strain everything and fill it into the appropriate bottles.
