Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line the muffin tin with paper liners. Mix all ingredients one after the other (with a mixer or mixer) until you get a nice, creamy dough.
  2. Spread the batter evenly on the muffin pan. Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. I usually add 1 small bottle of lemon or vanilla flavor, small smarties or chocolate shavings. Dried cranberries also taste good.
  4. You are also welcome to put 1 1/2 teaspoons of batter in the muffin molds, then 1 teaspoon of Nutella or jam on top and then again batter. The muffin cups should not be filled more than 2/3 full.
