Ingredients
- 3 bunch basil, finely chopped
- 100 g pine nuts, dry roasted
- 300 g sheep cheese
- 200 g butter
- 200 ml cream, whipped

- Mix the sheep`s cheese and butter with a hand mixer until creamy, fold in the remaining ingredients. Line a suitable bowl with foil, pour in the mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Turn out before consumption, garnish with basil leaves.
