Ingredients

  • 500 g beans (fillet beans)
  • 75 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g chanterelles
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam the washed beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in the melted butter. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the cleaned chanterelles to the bacon and onion mixture and cook for another 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. It also tastes very good when you add a clove of garlic to the onions.
