Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry, 450 g each
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g minced meat (beef)

  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets side by side. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C over / under heat (gas: level 4).
  2. Peel and finely chop the onions. Sauté in melted butter. Add ground beef and fry for five minutes. Peel the garlic clove, press it through the press and add to the meat.
