Ingredients
- 250 g bacon, streaky or
- Bacon, finely diced
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 300 g Cabanossi
- 2 onions)
- 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
- 2 cans white beans
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 250 g yourt (1.5% fat)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped thyme
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 2 teaspoons spices
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some rapeseed oil

- The finely diced onions are nicely sweated with the bacon in the pan with a drop (or 2 - 3) of rapeseed oil and then I add the sliced Cabanossi and continue to simmer until the Cabanossi is nicely roasted.
- Then I crush the canned tomatoes and add them along with the juice from the can. Now add the beans that have previously been drained in a sieve and the whole thing remains on the plate until everything is nice and hot.
- Finally, I add the herbs and yogurt. Now simmer everything briefly while stirring and the bean pan is ready. A delicious baguette or flutes goes well with it.
