Ingredients

  • 750 g beef
  • 2 onions)
  • 100 g jerky meat
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • liter ⅛ meat broth
  • liter ⅛ wine, red, tart
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 50 g olives, black, pitted

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into large cubes and fry in olive oil (preferably in a pressure cooker). Add onion cubes, jerky beef and grated carrots and roast. Pour meat stock and red wine, add Provence herbs, garlic, chopped parsley, bay leaves, tomato paste and olives and cook in a pressure cooker for about 25 minutes.
  2. Spaetzle go perfectly with this.
