“Beefsteak” From Chicken Fillet in Sour Cream-Garlic Marinade

An interesting way of cooking chicken fillet, in which it turns out to be very juicy, tender, aromatic and incredibly tasty! Chicken meat is marinated, then quickly fried in a hot pan and baked in the oven. This chicken “steak” can be served hot for lunch, and can be used cold – for making sandwiches or salads.

Ingredients

  1. In the cooking process, you will need cling film and foil.
  2. Rinse the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Rub each fillet on all sides with salt and ground pepper.
  4. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Rub the chicken with garlic.
  5. Then add sour cream and stir thoroughly so that each chicken fillet is covered with sour cream. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. After 50 minutes, turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  6. After the marinating time of chicken meat has passed, heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Put the chicken fillet in hot butter and fry for 3 minutes on each side to seal the meat.
  7. Transfer the fried chicken fillet to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  8. Chicken fillet “steak” is ready.
  9. Cover the chicken dish with cling foil and leave for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve the dish with fresh vegetables. Such chicken meat can be used for preparing salads – it will turn out much tastier than with just boiled chicken fillet. Enjoy your meal!
