Marinade with Cream for Chicken Kebab

A marinade is best used for chickens or broiler chickens.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Meat – 1.5 kg
  • Bulb onions – 2-3 pcs.
  • Garlic – 3-5 cloves
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Cream (33%) – 0.5 cups
  • Water – 0.5-1 glass
  • Ground red pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Coriander to taste

Directions

  1. Peel, wash and cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.
  3. Mix the cream with warm water (about 40 degrees).
  4. Place the onion and garlic in a bowl, squeeze well with your hands, season with salt, pepper, add spices and cream with water. Mix everything well (you can heat the marinade, but do not boil) and leave the chicken kebab marinade for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Place the prepared meat in the present kebab marinade.
  6. Stir well, cover and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours at room temperature.
  7. You can fry poultry (chicken kebab) in a frying pan, in the oven, on coals, in an electric BBQ grill.
