Pork Kebab (Best Marinade)

A great way to marinate pork so that it remains juicy even after simmering on coals.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 1.5 kg
  • Small onions – 10-12 pcs.
  • Large tomato – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper – 1 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Prepare pork kebab products. Cut the onion into rings, cut the tomatoes into slices.
  2. Rinse and dry the meat. Cut into small pieces, the size of a matchbox.
  3. Place a layer of meat on the bottom of the container, salt and pepper on top.
  4. Place the onion rings on the pork.
  5. Repeat procedure until all meat has been stacked.
    Cover and remove the pork with onions and tomatoes and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. You can shake the container periodically so that the juices are evenly distributed and the meat is better.
  6. Roast pork kebab on the grill.
  7. Pork kebab is ready. Pour a glass of wine (or whatever you want there) and enjoy excellent meat in good company.
